Blown film extrusion is extruding a tube of molten poly, and expanding to several times its initial diameter to form film bubbles. Therefore, the blown film generally has better mechanical properties than cast film, because the films are stretched in the transverse and machine direction, which makes the blown film products have perfect tear resistance and puncture resistance. 5 layers blown technology can accept more flexible formula customized to meet every client’s request.
